The aim of AIV’s after sales service is to get customer satisfaction. All products, including all kinds of Valves (Ball, etc.), Actuators and Shut‐Off Valves, having warranty of 12 months, from the time of installation or 18 months, from the time of delivery, furthermore has 10 years After Sale Services.

AIV’s expert technical team can provide Repair Services for all valves and or actuators (up to 56 inches which use in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries), manufactured by AIV or other manufacturers. The company can also send its technical team to the site for checking and troubleshooting. Major repair of valves and actuators will be done in AIV factory.
